The Transformation
We bought the property in 2021 and have since taken it from having 13 acres of woods and no outbuildings for the running and care of horses and Mustangs to where it is now! Over the past couple of years we have added a hay shed that stores our large square and round bales, 3 stalls and runs that are BLM approved with 7ft walls connected to a 50ft round pen, carved a 75ft by 100ft arena with 6ft panels and a 3-acre pasture fenced in with 4-strand, high tensile electric fencing. We have also added a hitching post by the hitching post and a mile workout trail with a mini obstacle course.

Since purchasing, we have built:

Mustang Pens - (3) 12ft x 12ft stalls with 24ft long run-ins with 7ft walls meant for wild mustangs.

A hitching post and saddling area next to Mustang Pens.

Built a 50ft round pen attached to the Mustang Pens with 6ft tall heavy-duty panels.

Built a 110ft x 75ft sand arena with 6ft tall light-duty panels.

3-acre pasture fenced in by high tensile and electrified.
